During my time at Moveware, I was responsible for the entire design thinking process with the aim to enhance the end users' experience. Through extensive research on current UX trends in both the digital world as well as the moving and storage industries, I have been able to design several new products ready for development by the internal development team.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth user research and testing to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Performing extensive competitor research to stay informed about industry trends and ensure our designs remain innovative.
• Initiating projects with conceptual designs and transforming them into fully functional high-fidelity prototypes ready for seamless development.
• Overhauling outdated concepts to outpace competitors and align with current market trends.
• Conducting user interviews and facilitate user-centred workshops with internal stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration.
• Creating a comprehensive design system that includes colours, icons, typography, logos, shadows, grids, buttons, input fields and more to ensure a cohesive design across all software.
• Developing comprehensive workflows to streamline processes and enhance user interactions.
• Designing a range of products including Online Quote, Online Household Inventory workflow, a Personal Details page, a Login modal, a Contact page, an Upload documents page, a Feedback Form, and a new CRM platform concept. Each design prioritising a user-centric approach with a focus on ease of use.
