Brief

Areal Property, a real estate agency focused on delivering exceptional customer service, sought emd:digital's expertise to redesign their website in accordance with their recent rebranding. The primary objective was to create a modern and sophisticated website that aligned with their new brand identity while highlighting their distinctive approach to real estate assistance.

Challenge

As the lead designer and developer of the Areal Property website redesign project, my responsibilities included overseeing the website structure and ensuring a seamless user interface and experience. Throughout the project, I engaged in multiple discussions with the client to refine the website design to align with their rebranded image. However, during the early stages of development, there was a lack of assets provided, which presented challenges in sourcing and selecting the most suitable assets for the new website design. Despite these challenges, I was able to successfully deliver a sophisticated and modern website that met the client's expectations and aligned with their unique approach to providing real estate assistance.

Despite the initial lack of assets and multiple design consultations with the client, I successfully delivered a sophisticated website that aligned with Areal Property's rebranding and unique approach to real estate assistance. By conducting thorough research on competitors, I proactively selected imagery and assets that best suited the new website design.
